By downloading, installing, or using Wildborn ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, you may not use the Game.
If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, your continued use of the Game constitutes your representation that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We are not responsible for verifying this representation, and your parent or guardian may contact us to revoke consent at any time.
Wildborn is a free-to-play mobile endless runner game available on iOS and Android. The Game includes optional in-app purchases ("IAP"). You are not required to make any purchases to play the Game.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes through in-game notification, email (if provided), or updates to our website, unless urgent circumstances (such as legal requirements or security threats) require shorter notice.
Significant changes include, but are not limited to: removal of core gameplay features, changes to the virtual economy that materially affect existing purchases, or changes to data collection practices.
By default, your account is anonymous. You may optionally link an email address to your account for save data backup and recovery. You are limited to one account per device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. We will notify you of the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before termination, except in cases of serious misconduct, where immediate suspension may apply.
Serious misconduct includes, but is not limited to: use of cheats or exploits, abusive behaviour towards other players, attempts to access other players' accounts, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Gems are a virtual currency that can be purchased with real money through the App Store or Google Play Store. Gems can be used within the Game to acquire virtual items such as legendary eggs.
Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other currency. Gem balances are non-transferable between accounts or devices (unless linked to the same account).
Purchases of gems are processed through Apple or Google. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant app store in accordance with their policies. Nothing in this section limits your statutory refund rights under applicable consumer protection law.
The Game offers additional in-app purchases such as the Starter Pack and Skip Pack. These purchases are subject to the same conditions as gem purchases.
Coins are earned through gameplay only. Coins cannot be purchased with real money and have no monetary value.
All virtual items within the Game (including but not limited to cryptos, eggs, trails, and abilities) are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own any virtual items. Your licence to use virtual items is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked in the event of account termination under Section 3 or Section 13, or discontinuation of the Game under Section 2. Virtual items will not be available if the Game is discontinued.
We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy (including prices, exchange rates, drop rates, and availability of items) at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of changes that materially affect the value of previously purchased virtual currency or items, through in-game notifications. Changes that benefit players (such as increased drop rates or reduced prices) may take effect immediately.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection law, please contact us or the relevant app store.
The Game is rated 13+ and is not intended for children under 13. Users who identify as under 13 are not permitted to use the Game.
Users aged 13–15 may use the Game but are shown non-personalised advertising only. Personalised advertising requires explicit consent and is only available to users aged 16 and over.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring accurate age information is provided and for configuring any device-level parental controls.

All content in the Game — including but not limited to code, artwork, character designs, music, sound effects, and UI design — is owned by or licensed to Right Advance Digital Ltd. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Game content without our prior written consent.
By submitting any content to the Game (including but not limited to leaderboard names or profile information), you grant Right Advance Digital Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and reproduce that content within the Game. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Third-party open source software used in the Game is attributed in the NOTICE file included with the application where applicable.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://wildborn.pages.dev/, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Advance Digital Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from your fraud, deliberate misuse of the Game (including use of cheats or exploits with intent to cause harm), or intentional violation of any applicable law. This section does not apply to ordinary use of the Game or accidental breaches of these Terms, and nothing in this section creates obligations that exceed your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@rightadvancedigital.com so we can try to resolve it informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing proceedings in any court that has mandatory jurisdiction under consumer protection law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect through the Game or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Game. Your continued use of the Game after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated data through the Settings menu in the Game.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately for breach of these Terms. Where the breach is not serious misconduct (as defined in Section 3), we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before termination takes effect.
On termination:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Game caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or app store outages.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party (for example, in the event of a merger or acquisition) provided that your rights under these Terms are not diminished. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
These Terms are drafted in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
